Who of you participated in Earth Hour 2009? My family here in Georgia did. We cut out all our lights ,tv, computer and anything else electric, lit those oil lanterns and candles for one hour from 8:30pm to 9:30 pm along with alot of other individuals all over the world to help support the reduction of climate change. It sure makes you feel good to be able to put your two cents worth in. We pulled out a deck a cards and played Rummy! What fun to be able to enjoy each other in the peace and quite. What did you do play games ,put a puzzle together? Let me here from you I'd love to know who all participated.
Hope you all have a wonderful Sunday. The sun is back out and shinning brightly here in our neck of the woods today. We are getting ready to head to church! Enjoy your day. Blessings,Karen

Hi Karen,
I wanted to get back to you with an update on my Grandma-Thank you SO much for your prayers. She had a rough weekend. She is not used to not being in control. :)
She is staying in a recovery place next to the hospital and they messed her medicine up this weekend when her doctor was out of town-She vomited the whole day and night. But Sunday morning was up in bed and doing fine. :)
I can tell she is somewhat scared and I've never seen my grandmother scared she is a strong woman. I'm praying she just mends really fast and gets back to her home.
Thank you for your prayers Karen-I really appreciate them/you!
