Prayers Needed

Good Monday everyone! Hope everyone had a great weekend. I just wanted to ask for some prayers this week. We are having a very rough time right now. Don't really want to go in details here, but the stress is getting to me and dh. With only one more week in the month I could really use those extra prayers. God knows the needs if you would be so kind to just lift us up in prayer. I guess I must have been kin to Thomas as all those doubts come flowing in. As I lay in bed last nite with tears rolling down each side of my face all I could think about was the song I Need the Every Hour. I know God will see us thru if I just Trust and Obey, which seems harder at times than others. So my verse for the week is Mark 9:24 " I do have faith; help me to have more!"
Thank you in advance for you fervent prayers, Blessings to each of you, Karen

P.S. Dont forget to leave a comment under the book giveaway so your name will be entered in the drawing!

Morning sweetie...my hearts feels your cry...I know what it is like to get down to the wire and you see no means in sight yet you know in your heart and faith God will make a way yet you can't stop your mind from wondering.oh girl I have been there where you are..I remember when the babies were little and we had just moved back home and Bill was looking for a job and things were so tight but I would continue to believe and I'd even be on my way to church and nobody would ever know my need.. but God & my countanance never changed and I would rejoice and enjoy the service but in my mind I would be praying 'God..You know the need'and when the service was over and everybody would be saying their good byes and handshakes..a lady shook my hand and I felt something...and she whispered in my ear...'God said give this to you' It was the money I needed for that need...she didn't know I needed money...I drove a new car..wore new clothes...from the outside appearance you would never know my situation but God knows and He still has those that will listen to his voice..Sweetie I agree with you in prayer right now according to HIS word..that God will move by his spirit and make a way for you and yours in this situation and I pray that God breath on you even now from the crown of your head to the soles of your feet and that every cell and fiber of your being feeled His peace and asurrance..it shall be well!!

Praying for you & your family Karen. It is hard sometimes to Trust & Obey but He knows your needs & your heart for Him. He is here with you right now. Remember: "I can do all things through God who strengthens me." (Phillipians 4:13)

Much Love,
Laura

I am praying along with my Mom while over on the other side of the pond... I will email when I can. God can work at any time and does, of course, He doesn't work in our lives just when there is great need but His work is most apparent when the need is as apparent. Hard as it is, this is an opportunity to watch God at work in your life. Pray without ceasing and cast your cares upon Him. Huggin you in my heart. Karen E.

I am praying for you and yours.
I remember one time when I was going through a particularly difficult time (aren't they all??) and I got in the woe is me and I need more faith. I remember reading my Bible about the storm that Christ calmed about the boat. How the disciples were screaming Save us Lord and how He calmed the winds and waves.
I discovered that sometimes, He allows the storms to rage around us, but, calms the child within us.
Praying for the peace that passes all understanding.

Wow me too! Maybe it is just the week. I just had a yucky day at work and not such a good weekend. Sometimes it is so hard to stay positive.

I'll be praying for you, Karen. We were just talking at our meal table today of the times when we really faced the greatest challenges, we can look back now and see that God had a plan to bring us through and bless our family. I pray the same for you.
We, too, are facing some mountains right now. I don't see a clear path for us yet but know it is there and we're just waiting for the Lord to clear the way.

Sending you warm hugs,
Lea

Seems like we could take each other's hands and walk together today!!!! I feel those tears, know how that heavy heart feels, and the anxious feelings of "what's around the next corner, God?" But you know? I've been so scared as I turned those corners, only to find that He has made a way for me, time and time again! I'll be praying for you as you sing your song in the darkness! I need thee, Oh I need thee! Every hour I need thee! He know it, will be there, and He WILL carry your through --- just as He is carrying ME!

So glad I fouund you today!!!!

Hey Karen, call me! You know that you are in my prayers daily, I will change that to hourly as you go through these trials. You know the enemy comes as a THIEF in the night and schemes to steal our peace and our joy. I know I have been there in the dark of night everyone else asleep peaceful and I get so mad cause I'm not, but God brings stuff out of me in those darkest hours and then where His light is there can be no darkness!!! I love you!

I'm praying for you! God is so faithful and He is walking beside you every step of the way. I've had to trust and obey so much the past couple of months too. He's made me wait until the very last minute but God has provided!! He will do that for you too.

Hugs,
Kay
